So, what did you all wind up doing for Halloween?
I went into the city with a friend to see the Halloween parade.. but she decided upon getting there that what she actually wanted to do was go to the fordham university library. I wore my Dinah costume for a little less than an hour -- I've lost about 35 pounds since starting school, and the costume kept trying to fall off, so I just gave up on it after awhile.
Then I went to see RENT. It was fairly fun, though the girl sitting next to me (dressed in Maureen's cat costume) felt the need to sing along the entire time right in my ear. I think she rather hated me. At one point Roger threw his guitar pick out into the audience, right near us. It hit my foot, but you could see her bending down and looking around for it. She didn't find it, and when I picked it up from under my shoe at intermission she couldn't seem to understand for the life of her WHY I wouldn't give her the guitar pick.
There were some really cute costumes there though. Looking around, I saw two Angels, a Mark, two other Maureens, a fuzzy-pink-bra girl, and.... a bunny.
Ah yes, if anybody has 2500 dollars to spare, you can buy yourself a one day walk on role in RENT.

Walked around the mall as Dracula (Or, as I call him "Drackt" because he looks like a J-Rocker), then came back home to hand out candy. I kinda wish I hooked up with someone dressed as Van Helsing or Velkan... The upside is, people loved my costume. I love Halloween.

Out of curiosity, where are you from, and which version of Dracula did you dress as? Just asking becuase I'm a really huge fan of the version of "Dracula: The Musical" currently playing on Broadway. Do you know it at all? Chi

I live in Shorewood, IL, and I was the "Van Helsing" version of Dracula. (He looks like an anime character!!!!) I do know of the musical, even though that has been getting bad reviews as far as I know. I'd rather have "Dance of the Vampires" on broadway again, without Michael Crawford ruining it.

What I did on Halloween? I went to Disney's MGM Studios dressed as a Vampiress with RB as my Vampire prince *Swoon* great fun, especially on Rocking Rollercoaster:D There were several others dressed up for Halloween so there was a good atmosphere generally. I think I'll have to do that again some time.

Ahhhh, WANT PHOTOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That Rockin' Roller Coaster is so cool.... so LOUD.... so FAST.... It gave me a taste of the rush that came full-blown from seeing Brian May playing Bohemian Rhapsody live! That genuine Rock flavour! MGM is cool.
