Heh, cleaning my closet out and I found some homework i had done back in 1996!! I think that was 7th grade! It's Social Studies.. I can't beleive how crap my answers were to receive the A i got on it........

(copying this word for word, punctuation, spelling all remains unchanged)

1. The people that first came to america came from Asia. They got here by crossing beringa or some people think some came by boat.

3. Agriculture developed in America from the indians. They started domesticating crops so they would taste good. It changed the Indians way of life because they had more time to build things like temples, calendars, and towns around 3000 bc.

5. The Olmec, Maya and the Aztec developed out of mesoamerica.

7. The featers of the hopewell and the Mississippian cultures were they built mound.

9. The indian on the northwest coast got there food by fishing (salmon) And the indians in the southwest coast got their food by farming.

Oh yeah, thesis paper stuff right there.. i specially love the answer to number 7.. as i have no idea what i was meaning to say.. o.O

funny, I was in year 6 in 1996... I remember the years because they coincide so neatly. Must be a very different grading system, you're, what, 3 years older than me?

im not sure actually.. that was a guess.. i graduated year 12 in 2002, so lets go backwards!

Wow, mine coincide as well! That's kind of freaky.. though i was Def in 7th grade at least because i wrote in the heading Period 3, and we didn't start having period classes till 7th grade

So technically our years coincide.. but we call them grades....

Hang on- I actually tried to learn how the American education system works! Becasue US peeps start a year laster than we do its technically behine a year? so like our year 8 would be your 7th grade? bu then that doesnt work - oh gee, Im getting confused!

well, those years i posted are the years we end the term, not the year we start it...

so like, 7th grade was 1996-1997

american grades to england grades (years) work this way: add one. so when we are in year 2 they are in year 1. 7th grade would be our year 8
