Karma is a system on this forum that lets people add a karma point ("Exalt") if you post something useful, nice, funny, or good, or remove a Karma point ("Smite") if you post something annoying, stupid, or irritating.
It's really helpful because it lets you see the forum members who are the most helpful and positive in the community, rather than just looking at number of posts.
