"Four more years" "Four more years" Dear lord, it's like some sort of evil cult chant... Four more years of Bush/Chaney in the White House. I fully admit that the idea makes me cold for so many reasons. Not only is Bush alienating the US from the rest of the world, but he's making us the bully in the world school yard (We hit back Iraq first...). He's the first president I know of who advocated the stripping of rights from American citizens, is fighting a war where our reservists are getting held in active duty for indefenite periods, pushing our regular troops to the limit and then has the gall to tell us that he's going to keep this up with an all-volunteer military. If that's the case, we're going to have a seriously demoralized, tired, and over-extended military. Not to mention what it's going to do to their families. Gah... I can't even rant coherently right now. Any chance I could sneak into the UK and claim asylum?

Come back! Live in our attic! There's room for a few of you here...
Mind you, not sure how much better we're going to fare, having Dubya's lapdog in charge. Bliar isn't popular, but he has no single strong competition, so he still might get the majority... whenever he bothers to call the next elections...

...you heard it here first Belle. Next May. I got a call at work today from my wife after Kerry conceded. In tears she was..bless her little cottons. I had to remind her I`d lived through 12 years of Maggie so we`d manage four more of this piece of merde. Belle, met RB yesterday and while big hairy blokes aren`t normally my type, he`s a cutie ;D

lets just say that many tears were shed in my dorm room last night (between myself and the five other girls in here watching the election news). Also had my first ever alcholic drink.

Chi! Drink for fun, not to drown your sorrows...
Weeman, it'll be nice to have you back! Who knows, I might even get to meet you at some point... Will you and famille be coming to london? And as for RB being big, he's only a couple inches taller than me! Quite average... I'm sure you must have seen him around before, but not been introduced?

I should point out that I only had one glass of champagne... not even a whole glass. Though, I discovered that even a little alchohol effects me quite a bit. The stuff made me very giggly.

*sigh* i feel your pain... i can't agree w/ you more. and i'd much rather live in Belle's attick in such a cool country than a big house at a small place here where there's a total numb head guiding the country...

what I can't figure out is that all the people I talked to, everysingle one, said they voted for Kerry and edwards. I work at a fortune 100 entertainment company and see thousands of people and talk to hundreds a day. So why is it Bush won if no one voted for him? I mean Isn't it a bit odd that ll the new computerised voting machines donated to the polling areas were done by Bush? Isn't it also strange that the voters couldn't see any paper evidence of their voting? I think the slime ball cheated.

I think, duh. Course it was rigged. If Kerry had had every single vote in and out of the country Bush would still have found a way to swing it to himself.
